WORKSPACE TERMS

Using SoHi Hub Responsibly

These terms are intended as a practical guide for members, visitors, guests, and customers. Specific memberships, passes, bookings, or services may include additional terms provided at the time of purchase or confirmation.

Use of the workspace

SoHi Hub is provided as a professional coworking and business environment. You agree to use desks, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, kitchen facilities, internet, and equipment in a reasonable, lawful, and considerate way.

Bookings and availability

Meeting rooms, offices, desks, passes, and other services may be subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when accepted by SoHi Hub or through our approved booking process. Please use booked spaces only for the agreed time and purpose.

Payments and fees

Prices, membership fees, day passes, room hire fees, and other charges may vary by service. Payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase, booking, or membership agreement. Any overdue amounts may affect access to the space or services.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may depend on the type of booking, membership, or service purchased. Please contact the SoHi Hub team as early as possible if you need to change a booking or discuss your access arrangements.

Member and guest conduct

Everyone using SoHi Hub must behave professionally and respectfully. You are responsible for your guests and for ensuring they follow our Code of Conduct, safety directions, and reasonable instructions from the SoHi Hub team.

Care of property and facilities

Please take care of furniture, equipment, technology, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and shared amenities. You may be responsible for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or costs caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to report an issue promptly.

Internet and technology

Internet access and shared technology are provided to support professional work. You must not use our network or equipment for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activity. Service availability may vary due to maintenance or technical issues.

Health, safety, and security

You must follow all reasonable safety and security procedures, including access rules, emergency directions, and instructions from our team. Please report hazards, incidents, lost items, or suspicious activity as soon as possible.

Liability and personal belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings while using SoHi Hub. To the extent permitted by law, SoHi Hub is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, interruption, or indirect loss arising from use of the workspace or services.
