ETIQUETTE

Code of Conduct

SoHi Hub is designed to be a welcoming, professional, and productive workspace for members, visitors, partners, and guests. This code helps everyone understand the standard of care, respect, and shared responsibility expected in our space.

Our simple standard

Be respectful, keep the space working well for others, and speak with our team early if something needs attention.

SHARED WORKSPACE

Working Well Together

A great coworking environment depends on small everyday choices. Please use the space in a way that supports focus, collaboration, and comfort for the people around you.

Respect and inclusion

Treat every person with courtesy and professionalism. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or unwanted attention is not acceptable at SoHi Hub. We welcome people from different industries, backgrounds, abilities, and ways of working.

Noise and focus

Keep conversations, calls, and meetings at a considerate volume. Use meeting rooms, phone booths, or suitable areas for longer calls or confidential discussions. Headphones are encouraged when listening to audio.

Space, bookings, and shared facilities

Use desks, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, printing stations, and break-out spaces with care. Please follow booking times, leave rooms ready for the next person, and report any damage, technical issues, or spills to the team as soon as possible.

Cleanliness and personal belongings

Help keep the Hub tidy by clearing your desk, washing or placing dishes where directed, and disposing of rubbish appropriately. Personal items should not block walkways, common areas, or emergency access points.

Guests and security

Members are responsible for their guests while they are in the workspace. Please make sure visitors are welcomed appropriately, follow this code, and do not access private or member-only areas without permission.

Safety and wellbeing

Follow all reasonable safety instructions, use equipment only as intended, and avoid behaviour that may put yourself or others at risk. If you notice a hazard or feel unsafe, let the SoHi Hub team know immediately.

Privacy and confidentiality

Coworking spaces bring many businesses together. Please respect private conversations, screens, documents, client details, and commercially sensitive information that may be visible or overheard in the Hub.

Resolving concerns

If something does not feel right, please speak with our team. We may respond by having a conversation, setting clearer expectations, limiting access, or taking other steps to protect the comfort and safety of the community.
